JS Web Devs (jswebdevs.com) is a freelance web development portfolio site. Data collection is kept to a minimum. The only personal information collected directly is what you choose to send through the contact form: your first name, last name, email address, and message.

Like most websites, the hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. That data is used only for security and performance monitoring.

This site also uses privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and see which pages and countries visitors come from. It sets no cookies, stores no identifier on your device, and does not follow you across other websites, so there is nothing to consent to and nothing to opt out of. Pages under /admin are excluded entirely. No advertising or social-media tracking pixel is used.

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry or project request.
• Discuss and deliver services you have asked about.

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties, and it is not used for unsolicited marketing.

Some JS Web Devs applications connect to the Facebook Platform. Where you sign in with Facebook or otherwise grant an application access, only the permissions you approve on Facebook's own consent screen are received — typically your name, profile picture, and email address.

That data is used only to operate the feature you asked for, such as identifying your account or displaying your profile. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build advertising profiles. You can revoke access at any time from Facebook's Apps and Websites settings, and you can request deletion of the data already held by following the data deletion instructions.

Contact form submissions are delivered by email to the site owner rather than kept in a public database, and access is limited to the site owner. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

This site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides its analytics. Because Vercel serves every page, it already handles the technical request data described in section 1; the analytics add aggregate page view counts on top of that, without cookies or cross-site tracking. The site may also load assets (such as fonts or images) from third-party content delivery networks, and links to external sites such as social media profiles. Those services and sites have their own privacy policies, and JS Web Devs is not responsible for their practices.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted at any time. To make a request, email info@jswebdevs.com or use the contact form, and it will be answered as promptly as possible. Deletion requests are described in full on the data deletion page.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and personal information is not knowingly collected from children.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
