JS Web Devs is a freelance web development portfolio site. Content on the Site — including project showcases, service descriptions, and articles — is provided for general information about the work and capabilities on offer. It does not constitute a binding offer; specific project engagements are governed by their own separate agreements.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected systems.
• Use the contact form to send spam, abusive content, or malicious code.

Unless otherwise stated, the design, text, graphics, and code of this Site are the property of JS Web Devs. Client project names, logos, and screenshots shown in the portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to demonstrate work performed. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without prior written permission.

Any web development services described on the Site are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal between JS Web Devs and the client, which will define scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Statistics and results shown on the Site reflect past projects and are not a guarantee of future outcomes.

Where JS Web Devs operates an application that connects to a third-party platform such as Facebook, your use of that application is also subject to the platform's own terms. Data received through such a platform is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, and you may request its removal at any time via the data deletion instructions.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. There is no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JS Web Devs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
