How the work goes
The same four steps on a landing page and on a platform. Only the size of each step changes.
I start from the problem, not the stack — what the software has to do, who uses it, and which constraints are fixed. That is written down before anything is estimated.
Flows and screens are prototyped in Figma first, including the empty, loading and error states. The expensive questions get answered before they are answered in code.
Frontend, backend and database are built together in one codebase: modular, documented architecture, so the next developer to open it can follow it.
