Holdings & Investment Portal

MGB Holdings Limited is Miya Group BD's investment and asset-management arm. The site I built for it is a working property listings portal rather than a corporate brochure: verified apartments, houses, land and commercial space for sale across Bangladesh.

It runs on Next.js with a FastAPI backend over PostgreSQL. Buyers enter either by property type — apartments, houses, land — or by city, with listings ranging from office floors in Gulshan and Sonadanga to commercial space in Bashundhara R/A and Purbachal. A separate Projects section carries MGB Holdings' own developments: Miya Riverfront Estates, Miya Trade Centre, Miya Skyline Residences, Miya Central Square and Miya Green Enclave. Owners with something to sell have their own route in from the homepage.

The site shares its design language and infrastructure with the main Miya Group BD site, so the subsidiary reads as part of the group rather than a separate brand, and it ships through the same secure deployment pipeline.
